Lynn Bonham has been vice president and manager of Colonial Mortgage since it was founded in 1997. Lynn’s thirty-six years of experience in the financial industry has given her the ability to understand market trends and help customers find the perfect loan. She particularly enjoys organizing and developing new programs that help clients realize their dream, whether it is building a new home or buying a first home.

Lynn lives in Peach Tree Valley, Botetourt County, with her husband. She has traveled to three countries since 2001 as volunteer on mission trips. She loves working with children and especially enjoyed a medical mission trip where she assisted in a pharmacy.

Eric Woodard has been in the mortgage industry for nine years and with Colonial Mortgage Company for four years. He has a BA in English from Hampden-Sydney College and a Masters degree in English from Virginia Tech. He is a very active affiliate member of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors.

Eric is a native of Roanoke and resides in Raleigh Court with his wife Heidi, a teacher at Read Mountain Middle School in Botetourt County.

He enjoys establishing trusting relationships with his customers and real estate associates. He recognizes that, as a lender, he is only as successful as his last transaction and closing. Consequently, he challenges himself each day to learn more about real estate finance so that he can make each transaction proceed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
